Staff at an animal rescue charity have named seven abandoned ginger guinea pigs after famous red-heads.
They've been dubbed Fergie (after Sarah Ferguson), Anne (Robinson), Bonnie (Langford), Nicola (Roberts of Girls Aloud), Geri (Halliwell), Bianca (Butcher from Eastenders) and Lily (Cole).
The seven copper-coloured cuties were brought into The Blue Cross adoption centre in Burford, Oxfordshire, along with five other Guinea pigs because their owner could no longer care for them.
Staff at the centre are nuts about the ginger gang, who are thought to be about two years old, and said the seven lookalike sisters love to huddle together for company.
They are rehoming them in pairs and groups as they are very sociable creatures.
Katie Stiles, animal welfare assistant at The Blue Cross, said: "These pretty ginger Guinea pigs are beauties with a real star quality so it only seemed right to name them after famous red-heads.
"Guinea pigs can make brilliant pets for adults and children and we have already found these lovely ladies new homes."
